Warranty Activation

To activate your warranty, you must register your Radiant Cycle on our website. Visit www.radiantcpl.com and follow the steps outlined under "Register Your Bike." Upload a copy of your purchase invoice as proof of purchase. After verification, your warranty will be activated, and you will receive a unique warranty certificate via SMS/Email on your registered contact details.

Please note that failure to register your Radiant Cycle on our website within 30 days of purchase will void the warranty.

Warranty Details

For more details on warranty inclusions & exclusions, please refer to below,

  • This limited warranty applies solely to the original owner of a Radiant Cycle and is non-transferable.
  • The lifetime warranty covers only the frames of Radiant Cycles.
  • Limited warranty on consumables and forks (suspension or rigid) is valid for six months from the date of purchase for the original owner.
  • All mechanical parts, excluding the frame, are covered under this limited warranty for manufacturing defects.
  • The warranty becomes void if the Radiant Cycle is subjected to abuse, neglect, improper repair, maintenance, alteration, modification, accident, or any other abnormal, excessive, or improper use.
  • This limited warranty is applicable only to bicycles purchased from Authorized Radiant Retailers or other authorized outlets. To locate an Authorized Radiant Retailer, please visit our website www.radiantcpl.com and refer to the Store Locator.

Specific Warranty Exclusions

The following instances are specifically excluded from the coverage of this limited warranty:

  • Normal wear and tear, improper assembly, or follow-up maintenance.
  • Installation or modification of components, parts, or accessories not originally intended for or compatible with the cycle.
  • Paint fading due to ultraviolet light (UV) exposure or outdoor elements.
  • Damage or failure due to accident, misuse, abuse, or neglect.
  • Normal wear and tear, scratches, peeling of paint or coatings due to intentional or accidental damage, exposure to chemicals, improper storage, or parking.
  • Radiant Cycles used for competitive sports, stunt riding, jumping, aerobatics, modifications, addition of a motor, riding by more than one person, rental, sale, or gift.

Remedy and Limitation of Liability

This warranty is limited to the repair or replacement of a defective item, which is the sole remedy under this warranty. All labor charges for warranty service, including component transfer or installation, are the responsibility of the cycle’s owner.

Components unavailable for older models are the owner's responsibility to source and pay for. Radiant Cycles or its affiliates are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

The availability of cycle frame color and stickers is subject to stock at the time of claim. The decision regarding the type of damage will be made by the Company and communicated to the customer before repair initiation.

If your Radiant Cycle is registered and you have received your unique warranty certificate, you can make a claim using your registered phone number.

For Radiant Cycles purchased from Authorized Radiant Cycles Retailers, contact the retailer to initiate a warranty claim.
